At Phenom Teamwear, we stand by the performance and quality of our gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all hangtags attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
